The ZHAW School of Management and Law offers internationally recognized Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs and a broad range of continuing education courses. While all our programs and services benefit from the tradition of excellence for which Swiss education is renowned, they also provide a global outlook. In 2015, the School of Management and Law became the first business school of a Swiss university of applied sciences to be accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
Cours et Crédits
The School of Management and Law has exchange agreements with over 150 universities in 44 countries, many with recognized international accreditations. Each year, the SML plays host to more than 200 students from over 30 different countries.
The ZHAW School of Management and Law campus is housed in several different buildings in Winterthur. Based at St.-Georgen-Platz, all locations can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. This includes the new university library, which covers 6000 square meters and offers plenty of working space and group rooms for students. The infrastructure meets the highest standards and in the main building there is a cafeteria with daily specials.
Students will spend their first year at the home institution; the second year will be at the host institution.
Requirements for obtaining the double degree for students starting the double degree at Audencia:
a) the award of at least 60 ECTS during the first year of study at Audencia,

b) the award of at least 78 ECTS during the second year of study at ZHAW, and
c) completion of a Master thesis, recognised as 12 ECTS at the ZHAW and an internship report

The expected skill level is B2+ Level (European Framework). Official proof of language ability in English (or German) is required. The ZHAW School of Management and Law accepts the following certificates:
Non-EU citizens require a student visa; early application essential (immediately after receiving the letter of acceptance).

- Cambridge Advanced
- IELTS 6.5
- BEC Higher
- or official confirmation of language proficiency from home institution
All exchange students must apply for a residence permit (“L-Permit”) upon arrival.
Proof of financial solvency (CHF 1’750 per month) required for both visa and residence permit applications.
