Description de l'université

The Universidad San Jorge (USJ) is a non-profit institution founded to promote the principles of Christian humanism. Its primary mission is to educate students as individuals and as future professionals so that they can take up leading roles in society. The University aims to train highly skilled graduates with the abilities to adapt to the demands of the rapidly changing workplace so that not only are they equipped to respond to the needs of the firm, but that they can also forge new paths in their professional field and within society. The USJ provides each student with carefully tailored tuition which responds to the new needs of the European Higher Education Area and the globalized world. To this end, all its bachelors degrees have been fully adapted to meet the requirements of the Bologna agreement.
The International Relations Office is always there to help exchange students with the administration and other problems, but there are also many festivals organized all around, such as Festivals in Zaragoza, Huesca and Teruel.

The Villanueva de Gállego University Campus is located just seven miles from the centre of the city of Zaragoza. It has three buildings covering nearly 10,000 square metres, the Communication Sciences Faculty, the Health Sciences Faculty and the Rectorate.
Located in Huesca, Walqa Technology Park began in 2002.  Since then, a number of companies specialising in the Internet, telecommunications and electronic commerce have concentrated there.  Alongside them is the Polytechnic School, which contributes to the main objective of Walqa, which is to become a hub for innovation and R&D forthe general benefit of Aragon.

The city of Zaragoza is the capital of Aragon and the province of Zaragoza. It is the 5th biggest city in terms of population and the 4th in terms of economic activity. The Roman emperor Caesar Augusta gave his name to the place in 24 BC, after which it was called Saraqosta in Arabic.
Enjoy strolling through the historic streets of the city and you will be surprised by the hidden spots waiting silently for visitors to discover them. There are museums, squares, buildings, sculptures redolent of both past cultures and modern trends.
Churches, monuments, bridges, open spaces… many full of history, coming together to form the image of a modern Zaragoza.
