Program Description:

Audencia Graduate Programmes
IMM International Master in Management (Limited spaces available for exchange students)

Audencia offers 3 international Master's degree programmes, all open to candidates holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (work experience not mandatory).
Each international Master's degree programme is run by alliances of European business schools of which Audencia is a major partner.

The International Master in Management starts each September and is organised into three phases:

Core courses during phase 1 (September - December) are taught in Nantes by Audencia Nantes' permanent or visiting faculty and cover the functional disciplines of management. This phase provides the knowledge, skills and techniques that are fundamental to the whole area of management and is the foundation for the subsequent coursework.
International Accounting, International Finance, Business Economics, Human Resources, International Business,  International Marketing, Multicultural Management,  Research Methods.

Advanced Management Skills
International track with a choice of elective courses or major period (admission into a particular major or into a partner school for the elective period is subject to a selection procedure based on profile, experience and language level). International School and Business Simulation (mandatory attendance, 1 week)

During this period, students may choose a total of 9 elective courses in the international track or follow a major specialising in a field of management. All students must as attend the one-week International School.

Electives
During phase 2, participants attend elective courses either in Nantes or in a partner institution (Bradford University in the UK or Kozminski University in Poland). Admission to a partner school is subject to selection based on profile and language proficiency. Accommodation, travel and living expenses during this phase are the financial responsibility of the student.- European Business Management, International Business Strategy, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Change Management, Project Management, E-commerce, B2B Strategies and Methods in Sales and Marketing,International Retailing, Psychology of Money and Consumer Behavior, Managerial Competencies: Business Presentations, Ethics in Business, Leadership.
